| Annapolis County Municipal Planning Strategy and Land Use Bylaw (Wind Power) |
| This Annapolis County Municipal Planning Strategy and Land Use bylaw applies to the whole of Annapolis County. The purpose of the Annapolis County Municipal Planning Strategy and Land Use Bylaw is to regulate small and large scale wind turbines and to set out where in Annapolis County wind turbines will be permitted to be developed and in what locations they would not be permitted. This is an interim bylaw that is being reviewed. Public meetings will be conducted for to get resident input on what they would like to see included in the bylaw. |

The Plan was developed with the vision to achieve harmony among agricultural, residential, commercial and industrial uses of land, water and resources and to preserve lifestyle in both the urban and rural areas. Municipal sewer is provided to residents in the Nictaux area. |

| Cornwallis Park Municipal Planning Strategy and Land Use Bylaw was adopted in October 1998. The Plan was developed to encourage the redevelopment of the Park in an orderly and effective manner and to protect the property value of all stakeholders. Sewer, water and streets are owned and maintained by the County. |
