| This Annapolis County Municipal Planning Strategy and Land Use bylaw applies to the whole of Annapolis County. The purpose of the Annapolis County MPS and LUB is to regulate wind turbines and the location where Council will accept new municipal roads created through the Annapolis County Subdivision Bylaw. |

| The Lawrencetown Water Supply Area Municipal Planning Strategy and Land Use Bylaw was adopted in June 2008. The Plan was developed to protect the water supply watershed area for the water users in both the Village of Lawrencetown and the outlying County regions. |

Municipal sewer is provided to residents in the Nictaux area. |
