Private Adoptions

A home is needed for this beautiful, gentle, neutered 7 year old ginger cat.   Teddy came to us as a very sad cat, needing a lot of love and care.  He was extremely timid and really didn't know 'how to be a cat'.  We have had him for several months, and he now likes to be cuddled, brushed and gently played with.  Unfortunately, we are unable to keep him as we have a multi-cat household plus 2 large dogs and he desperately needs a quiet, loving home, preferably with no dogs.  He needs to be an indoor cat as the outside world is just too frightening.  He is a wonderful companion cat, not too demanding of attention, just needs some love from his special person or people. He is up to date on his shots and we will give him his favourite toy to take with him to his new home. The picture that is attached to this write-up was taken when he first arrived - still a frightened boy!  (the camera flash gave him his yellow eyes!)  However, his looks have improved considerably with brushing, food and clean surroundings.  He is a lovely cat and really deserves a fair chance with people who can give him the love and environment he needs.  We hope that his 'special' home can be found.
